Purchased my MDX here in 2014. It was smooth like butter. Pre-negotiated online and literally came to pick up my car. I always go this location for service. I read about other nearby dealerships that are closer and the yelp reviews are subpar. This last service takes the cake. I made an Appt and came in because there was a noise everytime I accelerated from a stop position. I was convinced there was an issue with the suspension. Later that day they called and told me it's been fixed. I was surprised thinking they usually call you with a diagnosis before proceeding. I asked them what the issue was - Loose spare tire. They tightened it free of charge and even gave me a voucher for a car wash. Sure enough, no more noise!
Helpful folks, had a very positive buying experience here. The service department folks are also very friendly and professionals. Fixed the issues with the car on time and as promised.

This dealership has outdone itself for service with my MDX recently. Shawn the service manager is outstanding as far as representing Los Gatos Acura! I had an issue with my MDX and to my surprise and relief he resolved it. Thanks to the awesome service I received, my other Acuras will be serviced here . The advisors here are professional and of special note, Blanca. and Crystal are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Los Gatos to service your Acura!
I worked with Raj Muthya to buy a used Honda Pilot from Los Gatos Acura. Raj is a really nice guy, very fair and honest. Super easy to work with, I was in and out of there with my "new" car in less than 2 hours. No waiting around while he talked to his manager. Also, the finance manager Vu Nguyen was easy to work with and did not pressure me to buy a bunch of extra stuff at the end. Overall excellent experience, highly recommend this dealership and Raj in particular.
I always receive excellent service here. From the guys who take my car to the service advisors, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and they never try to pressure me on anything my car doesn't need. Never a problem here, this is a five star service center.
After having horrible experience with Acura Stevens Creek, I was sceptical about this place. I admit - I was wrong. Customer service is exceptional. Tom Finlay is amazing and I felt appreciated as a customer right after I stepped inside. I spent 3 hours in the lounge area of the dealership and he kept coming checking on me and providing status updates. I was offered coffee, fruits and snacks. I love friendly and processional atmosphere of Acura Los Gatos and will definitely be back. Thank you! You made my day!
