Excellent service department; our 3rd visit and each time they've taken good care of us (and the car).
I came in looking for a Used Acura, and left with a Brand New Acura MDX. The Salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product. It was perfect for my kids, safety, and had everything I needed, and then some! Even the GM, Mark Maxwell, took the time to Greet us and made sure we were well taken care of. It didn't even feel like I was shopping for a Car. We were treated like Honored Guests from the second we stepped into the Dealership. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and ended up making Friends. I definitely recommend this Dealership 120%!!! The Acura Brand alone is GREAT, but the Staff made this a pleasant and memorable experience. I'm sending all my friends to Los Gatos Acura! Service keeps my car in good condition.
I stopped by the service center to order a new fob and Jim France from the service center went the extra mile for me by testing his "lost-keys-in-the-car" theory. I found out the key was wedged under the rail of the front seat. His hunch was a wonderful surprise that saved me a couple of hundred dollars since I was ready to order a new set! It's gestures like his that make customers like me loyal for life. I highly recommend the service center, I've used them twice now and they are fantastic.

Though this one doesn't have a very large showroom, and not as many cars in inventory, we have been coming here for years to have our car serviced. Bought a MDX 16 years ago here and we came back to buy a new one now. The staff is very experienced and professional. The prices quoted were competitive.
