The Service Department at Lost Gatos Acura and Tom Finlay, in particular, have been taking care of my service needs for the 10 years I have owned my 2008 MDX. This vehicle has been an outstanding/reliable vehicle due in large part to the service provided by Tom and the service team that works behind the scenes. I make many trips down to the Central Coast and am always confident in the safety and reliability of my MDX. Service appointments are very easy to make and loaner vehicles are often available. I appreciate how options and issues are presented clearly to this customer.
Excellent service from Henry at Los Gatos Acura. We just sold two of our cars and were in the market to lease a car to use as the "family car" and did not really want to buy another car. He is always a true pleasure to work with, and it's great to have an advisor who gives you 100% confidence and peace-of-mind. Follow-up has been terrific as well. Over the years, Thomas --- and the excellent team of Acura technicians -- have kept all my cars in superb running order. No issues ever. As an added plus, the service facilities are comfortable and pristine, and they also offer loaner cars or a shuttle upon request. Can't say enough good things -- highly recommended.

I purchased a RDX from Los Gatos Acura 4 years ago, along with the maintenance package, so I have had numerous dealings with the service department. These guys are amazing! They are all committed 100% to customer service. I especially had a great experience working with Tom yesterday. My warranty expired today, so I went in yesterday to get 3 things checked out: transmission, brakes, garage door opener. Tom kindly listened to my concerns, had a tech ride with me to check out the problems, and looked up to see if there were any problems/fixes listed for my car - I think these are called "Bulletins". I left my car overnight, and was delighted to hear that all 3 issues were completely resolved under warranty when I picked it up today. I am a customer for life and highly recommend this dealership.

I was able to test drive a 2019 RDX with technology package and sign my lease after 2.5 hours, super fast and efficient. The car got detailed and cleaned and was ready to pick up the following afternoon. Would highly recommend going to Los Gatos Acura for your next purchase.
