Excellent Service!!! After going to another Acura dealership and receiving pretty disappointing service, I decided to try this place.  I am so glad I did.  They gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take to service my car and were able to give it to a little before I expected it.  Tom Finlay provided exceptional service.  I really felt like he was looking out for me and my wallet.  They are honest and do not recommend unneccesary repairs.  I have a 2010 Acura and I expected to receive a list of things I needed to fix.  They only recommended I fix one thing which was due for replacement. Their waiting room is very comfortable.  They have desks, so if you need to work or study this place is perfect.   I highly recommend this location.

Purchased my new MDX at Los Gatos Acura. The entire staff was very professional, from sales to finance and service, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I love my new MDX. I highly recommend purchase from this place.

I recently purchased a used car at this location. Although the car had issues as soon as I drove off the lot, thankfully it was covered under warranty and they serviced it immediately. I am very happy with the service there, specifically with Nick Plangsiri for answering all my questions so patiently and thoroughly.

I was in yesterday (Tuesday) after calling on Monday about a car they had listed on auto trader. When I called, Alex answered and I asked if they'd budge on the price. He said they had just lowered the price and that he'd have to check and get back to me. When I told him I was headed to work he said he could text me instead of calling, which I preferred. He was prompt to text back and let me know they would come down an additional $750. We continued to text throughout the afternoon to iron out some details and schedule a time for me to come in. He was incredibly helpful and professional, answered all my questions, and was very quick to respond every time.Yesterday (Tuesday,) I arrived promptly when they opened. Alex wasn't working then, but he told me to ask for Justin. Justin was immediately available to help me and knew exactly who I was and which car I was interested in. Because I live about an hour away and I had work at noon, I was in a bit of a hurry. Justin was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. It didn't go unnoticed. I had done a ton of research on the car prior as it's one I've had my eye on for years. This one was in pristine condition and actually looked better in person than it did in the photos. I was so pleased and the price was unbeatable, especially considering the low mileage. I did have a car that I traded in and I felt that they offered a fair price for it. Although I wish they would've budged a little bit more (every penny counts,) it was fair. Justin and Vu (the manager) were super respectful of my time and made sure I was out the door exactly when I needed to be. The whole process was painless from start to finish. They were great about explaining everything and answering any questions I had. This was the first time I have bought a car on my own and I was nervous going into it. They made me feel super comfortable. It was a really great experience. I LOVE my new car, so I don't think I'll be buying another any time soon, but I DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone in the market, and I would definitely give them my business again the next time I'm in the market.Side note...semi-off topic: I'd like to add that I had my dog with me. He's a pretty recent rescue and still tends to bark at strangers, although much less now than when he came home. Despite him letting out a couple "get away from me" barks, everyone in the office was very sweet to him and gave him lots of compliments. He's a 55 pound black heeler/shepherd mix and even though he's only one, he can be pretty intimidating. I really appreciate it when ANYONE is understanding of his situation and acknowledges that in order to properly socialize a dog, you must take it EVERYWHERE. It's those types of wonderful people that I have to thank for the fact that he's starting to learn that humans aren't all out to get him and that he's safe now. This means everything to me, and if I could give six stars, i would just because of this.A HUGE THANK YOU to Justin, Vu, Alex, and everyone we came in contact with during our time at your dealership. You guys were SO friendly, accommodating, honest, and patient. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience!

Really good service, I had some vibration issue with my car and Service Director didn't give up and solved the problem, I was impressed since in most cases you will get an answer "Ohhh this is Normal".
